Auction Terms

West Branch, MI · Applies when lots go live

Online bidding is not open yet. Register your interest on the Live Auctions section and we will contact you when the first lots are posted. These terms will govern every auction once bidding starts.

All firearm sales are subject to federal and Michigan law. A background check and transfer through a licensed FFL are required before a firearm can change hands.

FFL transfer required

Firearm lots must transfer through a licensed dealer. We can ship to your local FFL or complete the transfer in our West Branch store. We do not ship firearms to a buyer's home.

Payment

Winning bidders must pay within 48 hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard, check, or cash in the store. A lot that is not paid on time may be offered to the next bidder or relisted.

Shipping

Optics and accessories can ship to you. Firearms ship FFL-to-FFL only. The buyer pays the actual shipping cost. See the shipping policy for store orders placed outside an auction.

Condition

Lots are graded honestly. If an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us at (989) 390-7800 and we will make it right.

Phone bidding

You can bid by phone during business hours. Call (989) 390-7800 and we will enter bids for you while the lot is open.

Bid extension

A bid placed in the final 5 minutes extends that lot by 5 minutes, so every bidder has a fair chance to respond.

Consignment

Have a piece to sell? We can list it, run the bidding, and handle the transfer. Use the interest form and choose "Consigning an Item," or call us to talk it through.
